Accord Resourcing is partnering with a PSV maintenance garage in Luton to find an experienced PSV Technician. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern tools, support junior staff development, and progress within a structured career pathway.

Role Summary:
Join a team where professional development and collaboration are key. You will maintain, service, and repair PSV vehicles to ensure maximum uptime and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full servicing and repairs across the PSV fleet
• Diagnose faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Prepare vehicles for MOTs and compliance testing
• Assist and mentor junior technicians to develop skills
• Keep detailed workshop and service documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in PSV or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
• Experience working in PSV garages or fleet maintenance
• High-level diagnostic skills with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and a proactive team player

Salary & Benefits:

• £34,500 – £42,000 per year
