These API Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flowxtra Application Programming Interface (the “API”) provided by Flowxtra GmbH, Wipplingerstraße 20/18, 1010 Vienna, Austria (“Flowxtra”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the API, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the API.
You may use the API solely for lawful purposes directly related to integrating Flowxtra services into your own products or systems (e.g., job posting, candidate management, analytics).
You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share access to the API with any third party without prior written permission from Flowxtra.
You are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code or structure of the API.
You agree not to:
Use the API for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to spam, scraping, phishing, or harvesting user data.
Attempt to disrupt or degrade Flowxtra’s services or infrastructure.
Circumvent or exceed rate limits or use the API in a manner that could impair system performance or security.
You must comply with all applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar global data protection frameworks.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary user consents before accessing or processing personal data through the API.
Flowxtra’s role (as Data Controller or Processor) depends on the use case and is defined further in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Your access is secured via a unique API Key. You are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
Flowxtra reserves the right to monitor usage, enforce fair use policies, and suspend or revoke access in case of abuse, excessive requests, or security concerns.
Flowxtra retains all intellectual property rights in and to the API and any associated materials or documentation.
No rights or licenses are granted to you other than as expressly set out in these Terms.
The API is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Flowxtra disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from API use, except where required by law or in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Flowxtra may suspend or terminate your API access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of the API and deleting your credentials.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or the Flowxtra dashboard.
Continued use of the API after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria.
The competent courts of Vienna, Austria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
