Main Dealer | Structured Development | Modern Workshop & Tools
A busy main dealer in Milton Keynes is seeking a skilled Van Mechanic to join their professional workshop. This role offers exposure to light and heavy commercial vehicles, structured training, and career advancement in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial vans
- Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics using modern equipment
- Maintain workflow efficiency and high-quality standards
- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices
- Keep detailed service and repair records
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Candidate Profile:
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Dealership or commercial vehicle experience preferred
- Strong technical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills
- Motivated, reliable, and professional team player
- Excellent attention to detail
Salary & Benefits:
- £36,000 – £41,500 per year
